I can reproduce this with the 4.3.0 appimage and the Oct 12 4.4.1 alpha (git
7576587) appimage.
With the 'Transform around pivot point' icon enabled, manual shearing does not
shear around the pivot point but using the Shear sliders does shear around the
pivot point.
With a rotation transform, manual rotation rotates around the pivot point if
the 'Transform around pivot point' icon is enabled or not.
Setting to Confirmed.
