SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. from dolphin drag a folder to the control panel
2. add it as "icon"
3. click on this icon
OBSERVED RESULT
plasma executes the app <folder> then obviously fails
EXPECTED RESULT
plasma launches dolphin at <folder>
