SUMMARY
Trying to set a .png as a user's profile picture fails with message "There was
an error while saving changes"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to set a png as a user's pfp
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
PNGs cause the KCM to fail changing the pfp, JPGs work perfectly fine tho
EXPECTED RESULT
PNGs should work just as well as JPGs
