SUMMARY
On Wayland, the "scroll direction" setting on the touchpad for the Settings app
doesn't work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the "reverse scroll direction" option in the touchpad settings"
2. I started FireFox and Dolphin, the scroll direction changed
3. But in the Settings, the scroll direction has not changed
