SUMMARY
Both nightly and the last master installer are missing dlls.
As result, Kate does not run, but complains:
The code execution cannot proceed because KUserFeedbackWidgets.dll was not
found. Also KUserFeedbackCore.dll is missing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run kate-20.08.2-1056-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe and try to launch kate
2. run kate-master-985-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe and try to launch kate
