Okular ignores regional settings for measurement units
SUMMARY
DocumentPrivate::localizedSize() queries QLocale::system().measurementSystem(),
but although my system is set to metric, it shows the paper size in inches.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings -> Regional Settings -> Formats -> Measurement Units ->
<something metric>
2. Open a document in Okular
3. File->Properties
