SUMMARY
Clip speed does not work on image sequences
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add image sequence clip to timeline
2. Right click, clip in timeline, Change Speed
3. Timeline playback / Render timeline
OBSERVED RESULT
Clip playback is stuck on first frame. Clip speed 100% works. Any other speed,
slower (50%) or faster (200%) does not work.
EXPECTED RESULT
Image sequence plays at the specified speed
