[krita] [Bug 428253] i can't open my krita anymore. it stucks up on loading brush presets, then closes and the application never opens again. i can't use/operate it anymore please do help me i really want to use krita

Please check whether there's a kritacrash.log file in %LOCALAPPDATA% and attach
it to this bug report. 

Please also check whether the problem goes away after resetting Krita's
configuration
(https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration).
