SUMMARY
Using dual monitors, Panels located on the right side of the left screen, with
auto-hide feature, does not hide and become graphically glitchy
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. setup a dual monitor
2. in the left monitor, create a panel
3. move it to the right side of the monitor.
4. configure it as auto - hide
OBSERVED RESULT
the panel try to hide but appear again several times
EXPECTED RESULT
the panel to hide
