1. Right-click on the task manager to "Unlock Widgets".
2. Right-click again but there is no "Lock Widgets" menu item.
3. I go to burger menu on the right -> More settings... -> Lock Widgets which
feels rather hidden.
I would expect to have the "Lock Widgets" item at the same location where I
previously did the unlock.
