Hmm, to ignore it you have to click on the "-". The red x will remove it, but
will be found again after a new scan. That the counter doesn't go down and it
reappears when you switch people is strange. I cannot reproduce it here. That
would also be a core database problem and cannot be solved with the maintenance
tool.
