On Plasma 5.7 beta in a Wayland session, there is a lag of about one second
when minimizing a window. The lag happens also when restarting a window. Plus,
the animation does not work for non Qt applications.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable A minimizing Kwin effect ("Minimize" or "Magic Lamp")
2. Minimize a window
3. Maximize it
Actual Results:
Most often, there is a one second lag before the animation starts
Expected Results:
Immediate minimizing animation.
