I use Mageia here as main Linux box to use and develop digiKam. There is no
crash visible with Mageia 6.x or 7.x.
It's probably a broken dependency problem with the official digiKam package
provided by MAgeia team.
I recommend to use the official AppImage Linux bundle that we provide, build
under Mageia Linux...
