--- Comment #2 from krichter...@aol.de --- This is still an issue. My testcase is: 1. Disable line wrap in kate 2. Run `openssl rand -hex 1000000 | xsel --clipboard` 3. Paste into kate The current result is that kate freezes and needs to be sigkilled.
