Case 1: Looks like the error is a little bit different (I'm accessing via
ssh(fish) URL) but it does leave the filename at the top of the window then if
you hit save the contents are now gone.
Case 2: I couldn't reproduce this issue.
When you say network share do you mean a samba mount?
