1. when editing the panel widget location there is a problem (Attachment
screenshut 1)
2. on vertical panel all the widget disappear (Attachment screenshut 2)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
the the first problem:
1. set the system language to RTL lang (arabic, hebrew)
2. R Click on the panel -> panel option -> panel Setting (Alt+D, Alt+S)
3. try to move widgets
for the second problem:
just move the panel to right or left
