Direction-ality in Kate/KWrite is depended on the text, wheater it's RTL or
LTR.
The only thing that differs here is alignment:
- Left alignment for all the text if word-wrap is off.
- Dependent alignment for RTL/LTR text if word-wrap is on.
So I don't really see the importance of making such an option to just get the
alignment to right if word-wrap is off.
Since direction of both text is correct, alignment it's not a big problem.
