STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate any other window decoration than "Breeze".
2. Switch to another virtual desktop and observe the dropped framerate of the
effect.
OBSERVED RESULT
Effect and Animation stutter
EXPECTED RESULT
Effects behave the same as before: smooth
