It doesn't seem to be just restricted to Breeze alas.

I'm getting this bug in plasma elements when using all themes: I've tried
changing Global Theme setting to Oxygen and Breath2 (Manjaro) as well as Breeze
(I tried changing application style too, with same results).

The elements that I notice where natural scrolling isn't enforced when using
the touchpad are: KDE System settings; Discover; and Application Dashboard.

Natural scrolling is however working correctly in those elements when I use the
touchscreen.

[Running Manjaro KDE, with Plasma 5.2.3, Frameworks 5.76.0, Qt 5.15.1, Kernel
5.9.8 (2, Manjaro), 64bit.]
