STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Edit Profile
3. Appearance
4. Get new
5. Install random theme.
6. Crashes
OBSERVED RESULT
When I press on install on a random theme, it crashes and my default panel also
restarts. So it looks like the whole taskbar is restarting.
EXPECTED RESULT
Install of the theme
