I installed two other distros to check the issue I confirmed that the problem is NOT in version 19.12.1 on Fedora release 31 (Thirty One), and also NOT in version 17.12.3 on GalliumOS 3.1 (ubuntu 18.04) It is also NOT a problem on a clean install of Fedora release 32 (Thirty Two)20.08.3 The issue is still present in Version 20.08.3 Fedora release 32 (Thirty Two) I did notice that when I pressed ALT it placed an Underscore under the "A" in "Replace All". I confirmed that LXQT does not have Alt + A assigned.
