--- Comment #36 from Rick <rick.avloni...@gmail.com> --- All that typing gone when I attached that file! On a fresh restart, I ran 'dbus-monitor' from the terminal and streamed the output to kate. I grepped for 'member=activateLauncherMenu'. There were no hits. I launched kicker successfully and there was 1 hit. I closed the lid and activated the bug. I grepped again but got no new hits. The hit total stands at 1. I restarted my machine because I can 100% reproduce the bug on the first time. I setup my gdb and then ran 'xkbcli interactive-x11'. I pressed meta and then clicked on the desktop to close the menu. Then I launched kicker again, and with the menu open, I closed the lid. The bug activated.
