I experience the same problem which is very sad - it doesn't make sense to
render any video with titles because text in the final video looks like missing
anti-aliasing.
MLT version is 6.2.0
Kdenlive version is 16.04.1
Steps to repro are the same. The only thing I noticed, the text looks good in
the title tool, however the produced title clip is already shown not
anti-aliased. I will attach examples shortly.
