SUMMARY
kwin is messing with all win+<key> combinations that are not configured as key
bindings in kwin itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Press a win+key binding where `key` is not mapped in KDE
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE rewrites win+<key> to @s<key> then the app you are using cannot intercept
win+<key>
EXPECTED RESULT
win+<key> should be passed through to the underlying app

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have 4 boxes all with the exact same config and exact same KDE version, this
only happens to one of them.
