SUMMARY
WHen I login to KDE Plasma Spectacle comes up unintentionally.
The option "restore last session" is set in "systemsettings5".
Spectacle is definately not running before I logout.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to KDE.
2. Press "print" to open Spectacle.
3. Close Spectacle.
4. Reboot.
5. Login again.
OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle comes up unintentionally.
EXPECTED RESULT
Spectacle shouldn't "autostart" after login.
