But actually it should've been part of the basics for the tools in Krita. The thing is, sure Krita is a drawing and painting software, but it'd be even better if it had a good set of image manipulation tools and features optimized for both serious graphic design and digital painting. Aligning bitmaps or vectors is part of these features. Rich text editing like in Photoshop is another. And I swear those are damn useful. But I understand more support for the development of the app would make things easier.
