Hello. When I used the rectangular and elliptical selection tool, they created
the normal "ants marching" outline. Then a big, black, blocky blob dances on
the screen before saying that the program crashed and resets. No progress is
lost, but that means the selection tools are unusable.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an image.
2. Choose a selection tool (rectangular or elliptical).
3. Select something on the canvas.
Actual Results:
Black blob appears on the screen for a few seconds before the program crashes.
Expected Results:
It should have just selected what I wanted on the screen and created the "ants
marching" outline.
