This is how it looks like

SUMMARY
I have had this problem recently, when I was trying to transform a group layer,
it does some weird funky things, like go off to the original place in where it
used to be at. It doesn't seem to cut off or anything when unselected, which
appears odd to me that a bug like this or anything would happen like it. This
is apparent when I am animating?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make a group layer then draw anything
2. add a few frames or so
3. click the "transform" tool
4. move it or anywhere
OBSERVED RESULT
It makes move to it's original place

EXPECTED RESULT

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It doesn't seem be to affecting to where it moves or anything, it just returns
back to how you left it
