What's i'm sure; the way to encode SVG icon has a real influence to the macOS
taskbar icon rendering. So, perhaps something going wrong while trying to
regerate the SVG icon with 1024x1024 size property.

Look how SVG icon are generated with breeze theme, used with all KDE
applications (and digiKam under macOS):

Here the max icon size is 64x64. In Breeze where we can found a light blue
version of digiKam icons, size is 48x48:

What i don't understand: SVG is a vector graphic image, not a raster as PNG.
Why we need to specify a size property ? After all, the client application can
generate the right size without to lost image quality...
