It can indeed be a bit weird to see those, but IMO we should still show them,
since other options would lead to weirder results (for example not showing any
recommendations at all when they are all already installed) - What we should
improve is the presentation and selection of the recommendations instead of
just having this stale list. IMO that would also result in already installed
apps looking less weird in the list
