SUMMARY
The scrolling accuracy and precision are greatly affected, started from version
20.11.80.
Version 20.08.3 is fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. scroll in the main folder view
OBSERVED RESULT
The scrolling is very jagged and jumps are over the place.
EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth scrolling as in version 20.08.3.
