I think from UX point of view should be added directly in Properties a small arrow. When clicking on the arrow a floating window appears, in this floating window is a small wiki integrated, what the 4 timestamps mean exactly and some examples are also given, how it happens. This is then self-explanatory for the users or new users (newbie) who use KDE Plasma for the first time.
