STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set System Settings to Icon View mode
2. click on Workspace Behavior
3. repeatedly switch between all KCMs under Workspace Behavior
OBSERVED RESULT
At some point, the title of the current KCM will be displayed above the
sidebar.

EXPECTED RESULT
Titles of KCMs should always be displayed in their correct position
