I still have exactly this problem on Fedora 33 KDE (Plasma 5.20.5) on both my
Desktop (Ryzen + RX 5700XT) and laptop (Intel + Intel UHD).
The overlap issue is also happening on my Pinebook Pro with Manjaro (on
wayland).
