--- Comment #2 from Tiar <tamtamy.tym...@gmail.com> ---
The reason we close issues like that and send them to the forum is because we
cannot help everyone with this issue: there are 9 paid members of Krita team
(all could better spend their time actually coding) and roughly 3 millions of
Krita users. On the forum there are volunteers and experienced Krita users that
can help you. And in any case, you should start from *searching* the forum for
similar issues. https://reddit.com/r/krita is a good place to look for issues
like that, too (although right now there are too many people asking for help
and too little people helping, too, so don't expect a quick answer there,
either. But reddit have seen all possible issues with tablet you can get -
yours, too - and has solutions for them).

In any case, we are not required to give anyone support, due to the license of
Krita that you agreed upon when installing. And this is strictly
development-oriented website, which we cannot use for user support.

And the reason this is a user support issue is because this kind of issue is
usually solved by configuring either Krita or the system. You can check here
for clues:
https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions

I'm sorry that this is not the answer you wanted, but I cannot help you here.
