For anyone that don't want to downgrade, or your system is set to auto-upgrade,
this command would fix it:
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkColorPicker.so.0.1.5
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkColorPicker.so.0.1.4
It simply symlinks new lib's location to old location that spectacle expects.
