* How did you shut down your laptop?
* Is there still a Krita process running in task manager
* Does krita start again if you reboot your laptop?
* Is there a kritacrash.log file in %LOCALAPPDATA%? If so, please attach it to
this bug report, together with the relevant information from help->system
information for bug reports and help->krita log for bug reports.
