SUMMARY
I found that Plasma uses the wrong names for some Ukrainian cities. What needs
to be changed:
* Kiev => Kyiv
* Uzhgorod => Uzhhorod
* Zaporozhye => Zaporizhzhia
I only found one place to be fixed, but I'm not sure if this is the only place:

I really hope this will be fixed in Plasma 5.21 or at least 5.21.1.
