Sorry, I think I'm not going to do this. The reason being that the natural
order of working is
a) either select a predefined image size
or
b) select a custom image size
and then possibly
c) save that custom image size under a name
So the order of the elements follows the workflow logically, which is I guess
why scott made these changes.
