SUMMARY
When changing toolbar icons, cannot use the mouse in the window to select the
icon file. Only keyboard works.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings --> Configure Toolbars..
2. Select one toolbar item in current actions:. For example, Image Editor, and
click Change Icon button
3. Select Other icons and then Browse.
4. A window pops up. I can change different directory with keyboard, but no the
mouse

EXPECTED RESULT
Both keyboard and mouse should be able to select the icons
