SUMMARY
Launching an application from it's respective pinned icon on the task manager
results in the application briefly launching, then terminating before it's
window can show up. Launching the application afterwards from the Application
Launcher results in as many instances of it being launched as the number of
times a launch was attempted from the task manager +1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin app to task manager
2. Launch via pinned icon
3. Launch same app from application launcher
OBSERVED RESULT
Said application launches and terminates before window appears. If the user
were to attempt a launch of an application x number of times, x+1 instances
will launch upon doing so from application manager.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application should launch upon having it's icon clicked in task manager without
terminating itself.
