I think this may have been intentional, but even if that was the case, it
should be changed back to what it was before, because we already have people
complaining about inactive windows being harder to distinguish than they were
before.
I suspect this is caused by titlebar colors being ignored while header colors
are in use.
Noah or Jan, could you take a look?
