SUMMARY
Both the "Applications" page and the "Applications" section on the "Overview"
page have no entries. Other stats (history, processes, load) are displayed as
expected
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch `plasma-systemmonitor`
OBSERVED RESULT
No application stats without explanation.
EXPECTED RESULT
Visible application stats or an error message explaining why no app stats could
be gathered.
