Can you please test as mentioned above and maybe provide your kdenlive project
file if it is still happening?
P.S.: Just as a guess it could it be related the colon in windows paths and the
way MLT handles files:
[{protocol}|{format}]:{resource}[?{format-parameter}[&{format-parameter}...]]
Note that there is a colon too (see

information)
