Sounds like an issue with Citrix then. It may be doing something wrong when
trying to launch another application via KDE APIs.
However, that shouldn't appear as "Unknown error code", so *something* is wrong
on KDE's side too.
Reassigning ticket to KIO where the error message comes from.
