SUMMARY
After login KWallet doesn't automatically unlock and asks for password. This
started happening with Plasma 5.21 and switch to systemd startup. This doesn't
happen all the time, just most of the times. So might be some race condition or
something. In Plasma 5.20 everything was working all right.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma 5.20.
2. Setup KWallet so that it will automatically unlock with login.
3. Upgrade to Plasma 5.21
4. Switch to systemd startup.
5. Try several start ups.
OBSERVED RESULT
KWallet asks for password.
EXPECTED RESULT
KWallet is automatically unlocked.
