Window Actions don't have shortcut keys. I think you mean: Global Shortcut >
Send Keyboard Input.
Window Actions only trigger when a window changes.
I've tried a general Global Shortcut and the Shift works.
I did "Shift+h:e:l:l:o" and it worked.
Can you please confirm if this issue is still present for you or if this report
can be resolved, thank you.
I've set this bug to NEEDSINFO. When you reply, please change the bug back to
REPORTED so we know it's ready for investigation or RESOLVED/WORKSFORME if the
issue is now resolved.
