The dialog

SUMMARY

Cannot change printer settings like pageSize, Duplex, userCode (Ricoh printers)
etc.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System preferences > Printers
2. Select one printer on the list and Click on Configure.
3. Change PageSize or UserCode, or set UserID to none 
4. Click apply and or OK
5. Open the window again, everything is unchanged.

OBSERVED RESULT

The dialog is not saving any custom value, the same issue happens in document
viewer (a.k.a Okular), cannot change basic stuff like setting user code, page
size, duplex on or off.

EXPECTED RESULT

Being able to print without changing the values every time.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE NEON 5.21

Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The dialog is functional in Kubuntu.
