Bugs in 3rd party applications should be reported to the developers of the app,
unless you suspect that the problem is a packaging issue--however 3rd-party
apps from the package manager are no longer formally supported in Neon (and
they never really were, really); the supported method of getting 3rd-party apps
is to use Flatpak or Snap.
