It's hard to tell what's going on without full debug symbols for that library.
Can you install debug symbols for plasma-framework, reproduce the crash, and
attach a new backtrace? See also

Also, does the crash still happen if you uninstall Win7Mixer and use the
standard Audio Volume applet?
